ChicStuff is a Los Angeles company owned and operated by
Suzanne Pye. Suzanne has lived in Los Angeles for over 10 years, and she
discovered the wonder of pashmina several years ago on a trip back to
her home town, London.
Selected by almost all of the Hollywood film
studios, wardrobe stylists and many individual celebrities we offer
one of the widest arrays of styles and colours of cashmere and pashmina
products with custom colour orders available on most of our products.
In her many visits since, she has been able to pick up on the latest
pashmina trends, as well as to confirm that the popularity of the pashmina
has not diminished.

How do you place an order?
To order a ChicStuff Pashmina from our online store simply choose a product
from the menu at the left to begin shopping. We accept all major credit
cards. If you would prefer to order offline or pay by cheque or money
order please phone us at (323) 876-7719.
How do we ship your products to you?
ChicStuff happily delivers our Pashmina products in the United States
and internationally. Within the United States we offer delivery via US
Mail Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.50 for up to 3 shawls ($12.00
to Alaska and Hawaii). US Priority Mail takes approximately 3 days. If
you are in a rush, we can send your products via Overnight Express Mail
for $30.00. Internationally we ship via Global Priority Mail for a flat
fee of $25.00 USD delivered in approximately 7-10 business days or Express
Mail for $30.00 USD delivered in approximately 4-5 business days.
All products are usually shipped the same day, or first thing the following
morning.

How do you exchange a product?
Send the product back to us and for your protection insure the product
for the full value of the goods. In the unlikely event we do not
receive
the product you will be protected. For exchanges, once we receive the
product we will send you the product you selected in return. If
the new
product you selected is out of stock we will contact you with the expected
ship date. If you choose not to wait we will immediately refund
you. For
returns, if you paid by credit card we will issue a refund to your
credit card for the cost of the products, including California
sales tax if applicable.
If you paid by cheque or by other means we will issue a refund cheque
or money order as specified by you.
